Our client is seeking a Business Management System Coordinator to join their team in Farnham. The Business Management System Coordinator will focus on the ongoing maintenance, development and reporting of the company’s integrated Business Management System, while also assisting with the introduction and implementation of new standards and requirements.
You will:
- Maintain and support the organisation’s integrated Business Management System
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the integrated management system
- Update and develop the management system to support the implementation of additional standards, with current priorities including TISAX, ISO 21434 and ISO 45001
- Prepare documentation and supporting materials for Management Review Meetings
- Conduct internal audits, primarily against ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
- Manage existing customer product support requests, including returns (RMA), investigations, 8D facilitation and non-warranty enquiries
- Monitor non-conformity reports, reviewing content, following up on outstanding actions and escalating issues where appropriate
- Coordinate Health & Safety activities, including ensuring relevant forms, certificates and supporting documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Provide additional ad hoc support to the wider business as required
The ideal candidate will:

- Have a Degree in Engineering, another numerical or scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Have a strong understanding of management system standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Have previous experience developing and implementing new processes
- Have experience carrying out internal audits, with ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification as a minimum
- Have a good understanding of process efficiency, performance measurement and KPI management
Working hours are Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week. 8/8:30am to 5/5.30pm. 1 day per week working from home. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holiday which increases to 28 days after 5 years of service, Life Assurance, 5 – 7% pension, Private healthcare, learning & development, company related bonus, free lunch one day per week and onsite parking.
