Hawk 3 is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead the hygiene team on a night shift at a busy Liverpool site. You will ensure cleaning activities meet food safety, health & safety and customer requirements, and you will manage chemicals, stock and budgets.
Responsibilities include audits, COSHH and risk assessments, line washdowns and continuous improvement, while coordinating with other departments to maintain audit-ready documentation and strong hygiene standards.
