Are you an experienced RF/Microwave Engineering Leader? We have an opportunity to take ownership of the technical direction for a highly specialized engineering function operating on a global stage. As part of the site leadership team, you will define architecture, champion engineering governance and lead a talented multi-discipline engineering group.
- Lead and develop the technical engineering team, providing hands-on guidance to RF/MW design engineers and nurture a strong design culture.
- Set technical vision, architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
- Manage engineering risks, budgets, schedules and technical reviews.
- Maintain high-quality engineering processes, providing technical assurance and resolving design challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) with deep expertise in RF & Microwave Engineering.
- Proven leadership experience in engineering management, system engineering and technical governance.
- Strategic mindset with experience delivering engineering improvement initiatives.
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
