Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can take full end-to-end ownership? We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to become the primary point of contact for a dedicated business area, blending hands-on advisory support with oversight of HR operations.
The Role
In this pivotal position, you will work closely with managers to deliver legally compliant and commercially focused HR solutions. You won’t just be an advisor; you will be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all HR activity within your remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Independently lead complex casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
- Operational Oversight: Act as the escalation point for HR transactional activity, ensuring the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to leavers) is managed accurately and on time.
- Manager Coaching: Build capability across the business by coaching managers on people management and policy application.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to wider HR projects, use data to provide business insights, and ensure total compliance with UK employment legislation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must be a relationship-builder who can influence at all levels. Our ideal candidate brings:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing ER casework independently.
- Experience working with HR administration or shared service models.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
