The role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex HR matters
- Manage employee relations cases, coach leaders, and support conflict resolution
- Create, update, and embed HR policies and best-practice processes
- Oversee the accuracy and compliance of employee records and documentation
- Lead engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organisation
- Provide data-led HR insight and reporting to guide business decisions
- Contribute to senior-level HR planning and support the wider people strategy
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an HR management or senior HR advisory role
- HR experience within an organisation of 50+ employees
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards)
- Strong and current understanding of employment law and regulatory changes
- Professional, discreet approach with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
