What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning!)
- You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining full training to deliver blown-insulation installations across both domestic and commercial sites.
- You’ll get involved in:
- Learning the full blown-insulation installation cycle
- Carrying out site surveys and liaising with customers
- Preparing equipment, loading vehicles, and travelling to sites nationwide
- Setting up machinery and tools correctly
- Removing existing insulation and installing new materials
- Drilling, carrying out quality checks and completing job reports
- Ensuring sites remain clean, tidy and safe
Safety First, Always
You will receive full support and training to:
- Work safely at height and conduct moderate to heavy lifting
- Complete daily equipment and vehicle checks
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures
- Report hazards or incidents promptly
Safety is at the core of everything this team does.
More Than Just Installations
As part of the operations team, you’ll also support with:
- Stock checks and receiving deliveries
- Submitting vehicle checks
- Representing the company professionally on every site
- General tasks that keep operations running smoothly
Essential Experience / Skills / Attitude
We’re looking for someone who brings the right mindset and a willingness to learn. You must have:
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
- Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays (allowance provided)
- A strong team spirit and positive approach
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Commitment to completing formal and informal training, including an NVQ Level 2
- A good level of physical fitness
