The Opportunity
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a Test Technician to join a highly skilled, friendly, and customer-focused production team based in York, North Yorkshire. This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to carry out a range of technical testing and adjustment activities, ensuring products meet exact customer and specification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and align precision components using engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Conduct a range of tests including fit, vibration, and response to environmental factors
- Make precise adjustments using microscopes, scalpels, and small tools to achieve required frequency and amplitude ranges
- Record, analyse, and interpret data from test equipment and analysers
- Fault find, diagnose issues, and support resolution while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Complete accurate documentation and update systems as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team objectives
Skills & Experience
- High attention to detail and a methodical, patient approach to work
