The Role
As HR Advisor, you will provide operational and advisory support across all areas of HR, ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are applied consistently and effectively throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Manage a range of employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Deliver HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit processes.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals and people strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are kept up to date.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee wellbeing.
- Provide general HR administration support and assist with payroll-related activities as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing HR cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Desirable
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
