We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager to join a fast-paced food production and packaging facility in Ledbury. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant operations across a busy production shift.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure output targets are consistently met
  • Monitor operations and quickly resolve any issues to minimize downtime
  • Lead, support and motivate a team of operatives and supervisors across your shift
  • Deliver clear pre-shift briefings, setting expectations and priorities
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance management
