Our client is committed to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring their internal teams benefit from a healthy work-life balance. They understand the pressures of working within residential conveyancing and have designed their structure to support lawyers, so they can focus on the legal work without unnecessary administrative burdens.

In addition, this is not a fee-earning role—a generous bonus structure is in place to reward your contributions without the pressure of financial targets.
Why Join?
• Work-life balance – hybrid or fully remote options available and a genuinely supportive culture where there is some flex within the hours you work. (At this time however only fulltime permanent roles are available.)
• Supportive team structure – a dedicated completions team handles admin, so you can focus on legal work.
• Technology-driven approach – advanced case management systems streamline processes.
• Client-first culture – ensuring both efficiency and a personal touch in conveyancing.
