Salary: A£40,000 - A£48,000 DOE

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are supporting a successful manufacturing business in Oldbury as they recruit a Client Relationship Manager - perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering commercial value within an industrial or manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management - Build long-term, trusted relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Commercial Growth - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen retention.
- Manufacturing Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, Project Management and Finance to deliver practical, value-adding solutions.
- Problem Solving - Own client issues, think creatively, and resolve challenges quickly.
- Account Management - Maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and prepare quotations and RFQs.
- Technical Learning - Develop a working understanding of paint systems and customer project requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
- Background in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Confidence working cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Environment
- Office-based in Oldbury
- Travel to client sites and industry events (own car required)
- Mix of virtual and in-person client meetings
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, with support from the Operations Manager
