NPD Manager (Flooring) Permanent Caerphilly £40,000 – £45,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30 Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a well-established flooring company on the search for an NDP Manager to head up their New Product Development function. The role will be an integral function of the business to enhance the product development lifecycle. Main Responsibilities of the NPD Manager To aid defining the range strategy to ensure we strengthen the value proposition. To manage the whole product development lifecycle from brief to successful launch. Range planning process including upkeep with range amendments, deletions, and product introductions. Running the weekly NPD meeting to progress report range development and critical path decision making. Critical path timeline management to success launch. Successful on time development of new products, accessories and point-of-sale materials and displays. Present new product ideas for assessment along with feasibility costings. Direct briefing and liaison with overseas factories. Teams calls and in person if deemed appropriate. Ensuring all new products meet quality, technical, and production requirements.
