The Role

  • Creating, reviewing, and embedding safety procedures
  • Delivering engaging safety training for staff
  • Investigating incidents and producing thorough reports
  • Working collaboratively with management teams to ensure safe, compliant practices at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years recent experience within a health and safety position
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • COSHH‑trained
  • Strong background in carrying out fire risk assessments
  • Able to confidently advise leaders, conduct investigations, and deliver training
  • Solid knowledge of creating, reviewing and implementing health and safety policies
  • Up‑to‑date understanding of UK health and safety legislation
