Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Operative for our client to support multiple sites across the UK, including self-storage centres, office buildings and retail units. This is a well established and rapidly expanding organisation where you will play a key part in keeping facilities operating safely, efficiently and in excellent condition.
The role:
- Carrying out planned maintenance and responding to repair needs across multiple buildings
- Investigating electrical faults and delivering effective, compliant repairs
- Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, following relevant procedures such as Permit to Work and incident reporting
- Keeping clear, accurate records of work completed and any associated materials or costs
About you:
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship plus NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition qualification
- Experience working on cladding and roofing
- IPAF license
- CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong understanding of health and safety including risk assessments
- A full clean UK driving license
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet targets
- Confident using IT systems to update jobs and maintain documentation
