About the Role
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for a brand‑new Communications Specialist role, created to strengthen and elevate communication across the UK and Italian manufacturing sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, highly organised, and strategically minded communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Working as part of the HR function and collaborating closely with HR, Leadership, and Sales teams, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with business goals. The role blends internal and external communications, employer brand storytelling, campaign coordination, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communications
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, leadership messaging, and campaign materials.
- Maintain and manage the internal communications calendar to ensure clear sequencing and prioritisation of messages.
- Support major internal campaigns with consistent messaging and well‑crafted collateral.
- Monitor internal engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate approvals, translations, and maintain templates and asset libraries.
- Build strong relationships across departments to capture authentic stories and insights.
- Produce engaging written content for recruitment, employer branding, social media, blogs, job ads, and website updates.
- Create and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and careers pages.
- Tailor content for different audiences and channels to maximise impact.
- Track performance analytics and provide recommendations to optimise digital communication.
