Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to work with high-quality heating products? We are recruiting on behalf of our long standing client who is a manufacturer within the heating industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional service team responsible for supporting customers and retailers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out warranty repairs and planned service visits
- Diagnosing and resolving faults on heating appliances
- Completing annual servicing and maintenance work
- Supporting showroom displays and dealer installations
- Delivering a professional and customer focused service at all times
- Accurately recording work completed using company system
About You
- Experience servicing and repairing gas, electric or solid fuel appliances
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays of up to 4 nights per week when required
