Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to work with high-quality heating products? We are recruiting on behalf of our long standing client who is a manufacturer within the heating industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional service team responsible for supporting customers and retailers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out warranty repairs and planned service visits
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults on heating appliances
  • Completing annual servicing and maintenance work
  • Supporting showroom displays and dealer installations
  • Delivering a professional and customer focused service at all times
  • Accurately recording work completed using company system

About You

  • Experience servicing and repairing gas, electric or solid fuel appliances
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays of up to 4 nights per week when required
