Forklift Counterbalance Operators/Drivers (Transport provided from Ipswich) Gap personnel are proud to be working in partnership with The Range to support the recruitment at their brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk. They require Counterbalance Drivers to join the team and be part of their future. Why work for The Range in Stowmarket? Heavily subsidised canteen Free gym to use on site Free Parking on site and use of electric charging points at standard tariff rates Cycle to work funding scheme and secure bike parking Staff discount in the range stores and other shops A shift pattern which means you work only 244 days per year VS a standard 260 day per year shift pattern 27 days annual holiday incl bank holidays. Christmas day compulsory while all other days to be booked in advance. Shift Pattern: 40 per week plus 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 4 days on 2 days off schedule Rotation of 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour – includes rotating shift premium & attendance bonus Duties as a permanent counterbalance driver will include: Inbound goods unloading Put-away Picking and Packing. Scanning stock. Unloading containers To work effectively as part of a team to achieve targets outlined by FLM. Attention to detail.
