Are you an experienced electrician who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in completing repairs to a high standard? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Operative for our client to support multiple sites across the UK, including self-storage centres, office buildings and retail units.

This is a well established and rapidly expanding organisation where you will play a key part in keeping facilities operating safely, efficiently and in excellent condition.

The role:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and responding to repair needs across multiple buildings
  • Investigating electrical faults and delivering effective, compliant repairs
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, following relevant procedures such as Permit to Work and incident reporting
  • Keeping clear, accurate records of work completed and any associated materials or costs

About you:

  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship plus NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Experience working on cladding and roofing
  • IPAF license
  • CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of health and safety including risk assessments
  • A full clean UK driving license
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet targets
  • Confident using IT systems to update jobs and maintain documentation
