This is a unique opportunity to lead by example, shape EHS strategy, and champion a safe and healthy workplace. You'll be the go‑to expert for all things EHS, from incident investigations and training programmes to policy development, environmental management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace culture
  • Serve as the point of contact for all EHS matters and advise colleagues with delegated responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain internal and external EHS policies, procedures, and documentation, including safe operating procedures, risk assessments, and permits
  • Coordinate health surveillance programmes, analyse reports, and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Lead incident investigations and implement remedial actions
  • Produce content for the internal EHS Bulletin to keep teams informed and engaged
  • Oversee vehicle and driver fleet compliance, DSE, PPE, first aid arrangements, and fire safety as Chief Fire Marshal, including leading the Fire Marshal Team and periodic Fire Marshal Meetings
  • Administer and advance safety accreditations, including ISO 14001
