The Opportunity

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a highly organised, analytical and commercially minded Business Development Researcher to join a growing team based in Driffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, data analysis, market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting business development and sales activity by ensuring that prospect, customer and market data is accurate, relevant and up to date.

The role will also involve using Artificial Intelligence (AI), CRM systems, research tools and technology to improve data quality, research capability and the identification of new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, verify and maintain prospect and customer data within the CRM system.
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete and up to date, including key contacts and company information.
  • Research and map target organisations, key accounts, stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide the Business Development and Sales teams with relevant data and market intelligence.
  • Identify potential markets, organisations and opportunities to support lead generation.
