About the Opportunity

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the day-to-day warehouse operation and be responsible for managing Team Leaders, Operatives, and Stock Control. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure operations are aligned with business goals, continuously improving processes while delivering against customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all warehouse operations to maximise efficiency and output
- Monitor and deliver against key operational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, productivity, and performance
- Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and high-quality standards
- Investigate errors and implement corrective actions and training
- Ensure timely stock replenishment to support smooth order fulfilment
- Coordinate vehicle loading to meet delivery schedules
- Work closely with Quality teams to reduce damage and improve standards
- Promote and enforce health & safety best practice across the operation
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance
- Conduct 1-1s, performance reviews, and development planning
- Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Minimise waste and control operational costs
- Ensure a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse Management or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and best practice
- Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Good numerical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
