Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm

Full-time, permanent contract. This is an on-site position.

We are looking for highly experienced, commercially driven Account Managers with current aviation/aerospace experience and a proven track record of delivering results, to join our growing Sales team within the aerospace Used Serviceable Materials (USM) market. This is a key customer-facing role where you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact while driving revenue, margin performance and long-term partnerships, with immediate ownership and impact expected.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined customer portfolio, managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams across sales, logistics, procurement, and quality to deliver timely, commercially effective solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You'll be expected to bring momentum from day one, identifying opportunities and driving commercial performance across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Commercial Ownership
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
    • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clients
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Drive revenue growth and margin performance across accounts
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Customer Engagement & Business Development
    • Conduct regular customer calls, meetings, and presentations
    • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
    • Monitor customer activity and purchasing trends to uncover growth opportunities
    • Represent the business professionally at meetings and events
    • Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to order fulfilment
    • Collaborate with Sales Executives and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery
    • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operational teams
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
    • Escalate risks or challenges when required
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline activity
    • Support forecasting and sales planning processes
    • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards

About You
