Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

Salary: 36,000 - 42,000 euros per annum

Are you an experienced automotive parts advisor looking for an exciting new role? Join one of Europe's fastest growing Porsche specialists, where your technical knowledge and customer service skills will play a key role in supporting customers and driving sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process parts orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments accurately
  • Provide day to day after sales support in collaboration with the service team
  • Create estimates and advise customers on parts and upgrades
  • Manage customer accounts, including telesales and proactive outreach
  • Track and maintain stock, liaising with workshops and service advisors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, occasionally attending car shows or business trips

About you:

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or German (essential) alongside English
  • Proven experience in automotive part sales, ideally in Porsche or aftermarket sector
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles with a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Excellent organisational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Professional, approachable and highly detailed-orientated
  • Full, clean driving licence
