This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality or QHSE professional who is looking to reduce their working hours while retaining a varied and influential role within a successful, family-owned engineering business.
The role offers considerable flexibility, with the business open to 2 or 3 days per week and flexible working arrangements for the right person.
You will work closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers, providing guidance on compliance, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, feedback and complaints.
- Support facilities and maintenance compliance activities.
- A strong background in Quality/QHSE leadership.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of quality and continuous improvement principles.
20 days holiday + BH, early finish on Friday at 1530. Annual bonus depending on company performance pro-rata.
