The Role

We are looking for talented Suit Specialists that are passionate about tailoring to join our retail team across our London Stores.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the store manager, you will be part of a thriving team, leading and driving sales within the suit department to achieve store targets and KPI’s
• Advise customers in selecting the right suit based on various factors such as preferences and occasion
• Maintain in-depth knowledge on our various suit styles and fabric types
• Provide guidance on customisation options
• Taking measurements and ensuring proper fit for all tailored and off-the-rack suits
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong rapport with valued customers
• Represent our brand and lead by example

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in menswear premium retail is desirable
• Minimum 1 year experience in tailoring is essential
• Strong interest in fashion with a passion for formalwear
• Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details
• Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is desirable
• Interest in client interactions
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach. The ability to lead and motivate others is the key to success.
