The Role

As a fundamental part of our selling and manufacturing process you will be required to co-ordinate the receipt of stock from factories into our warehouse and its distribution to our stores. You will ensure that the optimum levels of stock are in the appropriate stores at the right time to maximise sales potential.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provides administrative and analytical support
  • Building strong relationships with the wider team, and good knowledge of capacity, option plan and sales trends, make informed decisions on allocations
  • Regular monitoring of key line availability, making allocation adjustments to ensure stock is where the demand is
  • Reviews sales forecasts based on performance and makes recommendations
  • Monitors the prompt arrival of deliveries to ensure availability is in line with KPI’s
  • Analyses and monitors best and worst sellers and makes informed recommendations
  • Supplies the buying and design team with necessary data to enable informed decisions
  • Running reports from data systems

Requirements:

  • At least one year previous experience in Merchandising
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

*Please note this role is based 4 days on-site with 1 day wfh
