The Role
As Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the brand’s creative across digital, social, print and in-store environments, ensuring a consistent and premium experience across all customer touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for developing and leading creative concepts from ideation through execution and will also bring a strong art direction sensibility supporting campaign planning, creative direction on shoots, and mentoring junior designers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering standout creative work with commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of integrated concepts and campaign creative across:
- Homepages and onsite content
- Email marketing
- Organic and paid social
- Digital display and motion assets
- In-store communications and large format print
- Packaging, POS, event and brand collateral
- Mood boards and creative treatment creation
- Styling and shot-list direction
- On-set creative guidance and feedback
- Creative development, production, delivery and adaptation
- Managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Ensuring assets are produced accurately, efficiently and consistently
Essential Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, branding and integrated campaign work.
- Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential)
- After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (strongly preferred)
- Figma (design systems, layouts, asset production).
- E-commerce content and onsite optimisation
- Social media creative and platform requirements
- Digital performance design (CTR-led creative thinking)
- Large format print and multi-channel campaigns
- Multiple projects at pace with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Web Design or similar.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an integrated design role (in-house or agency), with strong evidence of delivering premium, commercial creative.
