We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Ops Assistant to support the daily operations of our fashion brand. This role will be responsible for collating and coordinating garment orders for the business, tracking deliveries, supporting production administration, and managing sample requests primarily to support e-commerce photography and content production.
- Work with the production assistant in ensuring garment samples are ordered, processed and dispatched in line with brand timelines for ecom photography.
- Track deliveries and shipments across couriers and suppliers to ensure timely arrival in conjunction with the warehouse shipping team.
- Request garments required for e-commerce photography and product content creation.
- Communicate clearly with suppliers regarding photography deadlines, sample requirements and urgent requests.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and confident in use of excel/google sheets for tracking and reporting.
Please note this role is based 5 days in the office.
