The Role

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid digital acquisition efforts.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who combines analytical thinking with creative experimentation, and who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital acquisition campaigns across the UK, US, and global markets, driving customer growth and revenue through strategic, data-driven digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and other emerging channels.
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across channels to maximise ROI and meet performance targets.
  • Identify new acquisition opportunities, channels, and audience segments aligned with the brand's growth strategy.
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid campaigns across search, shopping, display, and paid social, affiliates
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that align with the brand's identity and storytelling.
  • Implement full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and customer re-engagement campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and performance trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new platform capabilities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Test new channels, creative formats, and audience targeting strategies to unlock scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, CRM, and content teams to ensure performance marketing aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the long-term digital growth strategy of the brand.
  • Qualification & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media management.

Proven experience managing significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance platforms.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience using analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns for ROAS, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working within e-commerce, fashion, or luxury retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, commercial, and innovative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and driving continuous improvement.
