The Role We are seeking a creative and highly organised Formal Menswear Designer to support our team in the development and execution of our menswear collection. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of product areas including shirts, tailoring, outerwear and smart casualwear. Key Responsibilities Design and product development for our menβs seasonal collections across casualwear, shirting, outerwear and tailoring in conjunction with the Head of Design. Conduct research into garment design, fabrics, trims, and seasonal trends to support range planning. Perform regular competitor analysis and contribute innovative ideas for new designs. Create CADs and detailed design packs for seasonal developments. Maintain visual range plans for internal and 3rd party clients. Attend fit sessions and actions changes in conjunction with technical team to further product refinement. Communicate with suppliers and internal departments in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Excel and Word Candidates should have a degree in fashion or textile design, and ideally 3 years\β experience in formal/smart menswear, a strong commercial and creative portfolio, and advanced skills in CAD and Adobe software.
