As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help create a polished and personalized shopping environment, ensuring every client receives expert guidance for their special occasion. You lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and uphold exceptional presentation and service standards.
- Supervising the store team, working closely with Store Management.
- Supervising stock/inventory.
- Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results.
- Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales.
- Providing strong duty management skills and supporting sales staff to achieve their goals.
Solid experience of at least 2-3 years working in a supervisory/store management position. Experience of working within retail, preferably fashion retail. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times.
