As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce & Digital for Hawes & Curtis driving revenue growth across the affiliate marketing programs for Hawes & Curtis, Ghost Fashion and Finery London.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Hawes & Curtis, Ghost and Finery global affiliate programs including commission scheduling with affiliates and affiliate recruitment.
- Work closely to align affiliate activity with trading requirements, working closely with Trading teams to drive critical traffic and revenue growth.
- Responsible for collating global exposure plans for the key business moments to drive sales growth.
- Support the Head of Ecommerce in curating the affiliate strategy for Hawes & Curtis. Assist the Chief Digital Officer of Ghost and Finery with their affiliate strategy. Overseeing relationships and programs across an array of retained partners.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis of affiliate KPIs – measuring these against suitable and agreed KPI’s and suggesting ways to improve and optimise.
- Responsible for the management of the Hawes & Curtis Display Marketing partner, optimising the channel based on changing business KPI’s. Create a Display Marketing program for Ghost and Finery.
- Ad-hoc influencer, VIP and press sample management as and when needed, supporting the Brand Marketing team.
- Ad-hoc assistance on influencer and PR events.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the affiliate marketing calendar.
- Responsible for updating creatives in affiliate network and sending creative to display and PR agencies as needed.
Skills and experience:
- 3 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally from a premium brand within fashion/beauty/interiors, and we particularly welcome candidates from affiliate networks also (e.g. Partnerwise, Rakuten etc.) who have worked across a premium brand within fashion/beauty/interiors.
- Expert level use of affiliate marketing platforms such as AWIN, Rakuten, Parterwise etc.
- Excellent understanding of types of affiliate partners (e.g. Cashback, Corporate Benefits, Subnetworks etc.) and tools (e.g. CPA, tenancy etc.) globally, with particular emphasis on UK, USA, Germany and Australia.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient use of excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, working well under pressure.
- Flexible in adapting to fast-changing business priorities.
- Confident communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
- An enthusiasm to learn new skills and a team player.
