What You'll Be Driving Towards:

  • Daily Operations: Leading the day-to-day running of a bustling car sales team in a main dealership.
  • Team Leadership: Motivating and developing a high-performing sales team, fostering a supportive environment where staff excel and consistently achieve targets.
  • Sales Performance: Maximising results by effectively managing leads, distributing and monitoring daily enquiries, and driving overall profitability.
  • Process Excellence: Ensuring a professional sales process from initial customer contact to successful deal closure, always working to the demanding performance targets of both the dealership and manufacturer.
  • Customer Focus: Maintaining a sharp focus on customer service, dealing with clients professionally, and ensuring thorough follow-up on all enquiries.
  • KPI Management: Possessing a strong understanding of sales department Key Performance Indicators and leveraging them to inform strategy and decision-making.

We're looking for a leader with:

  • Essential Automotive Experience: Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically in a Sales Controller, Sales Manager, or General Sales Manager role.
