Job Overview:
Joining us as a Sales Executive, you will be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Your role involves helping customers find the right car and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed objectives, achieving maximum profitability on sales by assisting customers in buying new and used vehicles
- Offer finance, insurance, and accessory products that meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Build trust and rapport with customers to help them feel comfortable
- Identify and anticipate customers’ needs and promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
- Process all required paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Warm, genuine, and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly sales objectives
- Friendly and professional with enthusiasm for great customer service
