Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
Support with light housekeeping, shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Monitor and report changes in the client's health or circumstances.
Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.
