Required for September 2026. The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching and Learning Assistant at Haverstock School for September 2026. The successful candidate for this role will be based initially in our ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) for autistic students.
Applicants should have a passion for working with young people and families to develop and nurture them to reach their potential. This is a varied role designed to support the ARP manager to ensure a first-class provision by supporting students in both the small-group setting of the ARP, and in mainstream lessons.
We are looking to appoint a colleague who can demonstrate:
- An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student.
- Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND.
