The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint an outstanding Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistant at Haverstock School ASAP. We are looking to appoint a colleague who can demonstrate:
- An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student.
- Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND.
- The ability to support students with barriers to learning to become successful independent learners including through leading individual and small group intervention.
- The ability to effectively manage key strands of the school development plan.
