Role Description

Havering Therapy Centre is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist for a part-time, on-site role located in Hornchurch. Initially this would be for a Saturday morning and then one or two evenings per week (up to 10 hours per week).

The selected candidate will be confident in assessment and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions. They must be able to independently develop personalised treatment plans for patients with physical conditions or injuries. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, implementing therapeutic exercises, and providing education on injury prevention and management. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care will also be integral to the role as well as contribution towards our teaching programme and day to day running of the clinic.

• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy approaches.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in physiotherapy and related disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a part‑time, on‑site clinical role.
• Registration with HCPC and CSP.
• Prior experience in a UK MSK background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy.
