Scargill Junior School is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer on an initial one year contract, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. We are seeking a professional, calm and friendly person who will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, helping to maintain clear and effective communication. You will be a team player with a flexible approach to your work and a good sense of humour!
This position will work under the direction of the Office Manager and Executive Head of School to support both the welfare of pupils and provide administrative support to the wider school team.
As part of our established and welcoming office team, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of school systems, processes and procedures, delivering a high-quality service to all members of our school community.
Experience with systems such as SAM, Arbor, Cypad, Office 365 and Inventry would be beneficial although full training will be provided.
