Emerson Park Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team to assist with the progress and development of our pupils with a focus on SEND, ADHD, Autism and SEMH.
As such, there will be a focus on supporting the implementation of work programmes for individuals/groups, including leading on targeted interventions.

- Able to liaise with teachers to support differentiation in the classroom
- Able to plan and run individual/group interventions

- Committed to Continued Professional Development (including HLTA qualification) and able to inspire and motivate others
