We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Manager to join the Academy. The Pastoral Manager is an integral role within the school community. He/She has a vital role in creating a positive and productive atmosphere where pupils can develop and learn. The Pastoral Manager works in collaboration with all staff and is responsible for the moral, intellectual and social development of pupils by providing pastoral care and mentoring.

The successful candidate will:
