At Scotts Primary School, we are committed to providing an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is supported to thrive. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our KS1 team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Work with individuals and small groups of children, including those with additional needs.
  • Help create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide care for pupils’ physical needs, including carrying out intimate care when required.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

  • Is willing and able to provide intimate care in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
