We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed Assistant Headteacher at OA-Havering. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to students’ personal development, contribute positively to academy culture, and model high expectations for behaviour and attitudes.

The role includes strategic leadership of a core subject, alongside a whole-academy responsibility aligned with your experience, expertise and professional strengths. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the academy. You will demonstrate the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment, inspiring our students and colleagues and sharing a clear passion for learning.
