Position: Full Time, Permanent contract, starting September 2026.
Responsibilities- Deliver inspirational lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Humanities subjects, including Geography, History, Sociology, Citizenship and PSHE.
- Plan and assess student progress and provide formative and summative assessment.
- Run extracurricular clubs, field trips and other enrichment activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Humanities faculty and contribute to the department’s CPD and curriculum planning.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment in line with safeguarding policy.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to consistently teach inspirational lessons.
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to undertake an enhanced DBS (DBS check).
- Experience as a qualified teacher (ECTs and recently qualified teachers are welcomed).
- Commitment to improving student outcomes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Parental Leave, Compassionate Leave and Carers Leave at statutory levels and above.
