Salary – Hourly rate dependant on coaching qualifications and experience (sessional)

The post holder reports to: Sports Development Officer

To coach or lead a specific sport to one or more of the following groups (children, young people, adults) at a specific level (from beginner to performance) as part of a sports development programme, in a variety of venues (ranging from sports halls to social halls and parks) and/or to organise and lead sporting activities as part of a holiday programme at a variety of venues throughout the Borough.

While in overall charge of a session, senior/more experienced coaches may be asked to work with an assistant coach/sports leader.

Post will require a DBS check.
