The predicted salary is between 20000 - 28000 ÂŁ per year.
This role will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working primarily as a 1:1 teaching assistant with occasional group work. The role involves supporting children with complex physical, sensory or learning and development needs. Experience delivering speech therapy plans is an advantage, and knowledge of visual timetables, PECs, workstations, positive handling training, and managing children with emotional regulation difficulties (which may present as challenging behaviour) is desired.
While working under the direction of the class teacher, you will use your initiative to organise tasks and activities, create simple resources to support pupils’ work, and work closely with the class teacher, the School’s SENCO, and external contacts to support learning and development.
