Contract: Permanent
Start Date: January 2027 (or sooner if possible)
Hours: Part Time, 4 days per week.
Location: Redden Court School, Cotswold Road, Harold Wood, Romford, Essex RM3 0TS
Responsibilities
- The Second in SEND Faculty will play a key role in the day to day running of this large and varied SEND Faculty.
- Will support young adults in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a positive approach, resilience and support the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recent experience working with young people or a passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Ability to speak a second language or use sign language is advantageous.
- Committed to the school's vision, values and ethos.
- Interpersonal skills to work with staff and students.
