Key Responsibilities- Support students in a small Nurture Group or mainstream classroom.
- Provide in‑class support and deliver interventions.
- Experience working with students with significant SEND needs, particularly cognition, learning, and speech and language needs.
- Highly motivated, flexible and organised.
- Must hold or obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
- Permanent, part‑time (30 hours per week) role with paid annual leave.
- Parental leave, compassionate leave, and carers leave at or above statutory levels.
- Well‑being support and medical cover programmes via Spark and Medicash.
- Access to GP helpline, physiotherapy, optical, dental, and counselling services.
All staff must comply with safeguarding policies and complete an Enhanced DBS check with children’s barred list check.
