As a subsidiary of the renowned German engineering company Haver & Boecker—established over 130 years ago and operating globally—we are proud to offer high-quality equipment, spare parts, and services to our customers across the UK. Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to welcome a new full-time team member to our close-knit office in Farnborough. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information.
- Delivering excellent after-sales support via phone and email.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
- Scheduling service technicians.
- Preparing quotations and order confirmations.
- Maintaining accurate customer records.
- Using software tools such as SAP, Excel, and Word.
- Processing invoices.
