Havenwell House in Luton seeks a Registered Manager (Designate) to lead the Ofsted registration and set up our new three-bed home from the ground up. You will shape the team, culture, and care ethos from day one, building the foundation for high-quality, trauma-informed care.
As part of the ground-floor setup, you will recruit and train staff, own the Statement of Purpose and policies, and establish strong relationships with local authorities and safeguarding partners.
